We had a great time at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and enthusiastic, making our stay really special. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, with a beautiful pool area and stunning views. Breakfast was delicious and there were plenty of options to choose from. We were impressed with the convenient transportation options available, especially given the high day time temperatures in this area.

This hotel is a luxurious hilltop venue with outstanding service. The spa centre and outdoor swimming pool were the perfect place to unwind and relax. We indulged in the full body massage and beauty treatment, and it left us feeling rejuvenated. The garden area was breathtaking while we sunbathed on the sun loungers with beach umbrellas. The restaurant was exceptional with a menu of special diet meals, packed lunches, and picnic tables. The private facilities provided an exclusive feel and made our stay truly memorable.

The English language was a minor issue while communicating with some junior staff who were still learning hospitality. Nonetheless, their enthusiasm and eagerness to please made up for it.

As an NGO training hotel, some junior staff struggled at times when I tried to negotiate flexibility with meals and room cleaning. the coffee could be stronger for my taste and more vegetable options would be appreciated.

Rooms are spacious and comfortable, with good bathroom facilities. Breakfast is tasty and staff are generally helpful and friendly.

The level of English spoken by some of the staff members could be improved.
